Strawberry Protein Shake Recipe – Burn fat with this!

Protein Shake Ingredients

12 ounces almond milk 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or strawberry) 8 strawberries 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional) Handful of ice cubes

Strawberries are a very versatile and tasty ingredient for a protein shake. You can mix them with a number of different flavors of protein powder including vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and more.

This works great with some ground flaxseed to add some additional nutrition value. Sometimes I will add in a few scoops of oatmeal too if I am drinking this in the morning. Frozen strawberries are cheap and can be bought in large bags from the grocery store. You can blend them frozen too.
