Here’s a video of one of my favorite blueberry protein shake recipes. I’m a huge blueberry fan…I can eat dozens and dozens of them, especially after a workout. They are my favorite fruit to use in protein shakes because they blend easily and taste great. Plus you don’t need a whole ton of them to really add a great fruity taste to your recovery shake.
This particular recipe adds in some oats and it tastes just like blueberry oatmeal or a blueberry muffin. Great for breakfast!
