Love this protein-packed cake batter recipe from Fit2Fat2Fit — one of my favorite recipe vloggers on YouTube! Cake batter is great in everything…cappuccino, ice cream, frosting…but usually it’s terrible for you. I made the mistake of going on a cake batter binge a few years ago and it didn’t end well 😉

Now I just whip up this awesome cake batter protein shake whenever I’m getting a craving and instead I get 30g of protein and only 10g of carbs will killing my cake batter and sugar craving for the day. It’s the best of both world’s and that’s why this is one of my favorite shake recipes ever!

Videos: Best biceps workouts to gain mass

Biceps are a classic muscle when it comes to bodybuilding or fitness in general. They are one of the more noticeable muscles and while other muscle groups are more functional, guys want to build their arms up when they hit the gym. This is especially true for the summer when men spend their time at the pool, riding their motorcycle and playing sports.

There are a number of different techniques to building bicep muscles. The key is finding the type of muscle movements and exercises that work for you. Try different things and experiment in the gym to find what works best for you.

Here are some videos from experts, pro bodybuilders, fitness models and more. In my opinion, these are the best biceps workouts out there. Use these videos to get ideas and put together the ultimate biceps workout for you!

Butterfinger Protein Shake Recipe

1/2 cup water 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 handful of spinach 3 handfuls of ice 1/8 tsp xanthum gum

Fit2Fat2Fit has put together an awesome recipe for a Butterfinger protein shake! (No, it doesn’t actually include any Butterfinger candy bars. :D)

I have a notorious sweet tooth and love Bufferfinger bars so this is a good healthy alternative. It’s still plenty sweet and very tasty, but doesn’t contain the sugar and calories of the actual candy bar.

This recipe is a little bit more involved than most of the ones I post. You’ll need a number of ingredients and a few of them may require a trip to the grocery store. It’s worth all of the effort though as this is one of my most favorite protein shakes!

Let me know what you think of this tasty, protein packed Butterfinger treat!

Honey Banana Post-Workout Protein Shake Recipe

If you have a sweet tooth like me, then this protein shake is a great, healthy recovery beverage. It’s loaded with carbs to replenish your energy and of course packed with protein. You get a full serving of fruit as well! Bananas and honey are two of my favorite ingredients for protein shakes and I use them in a lot of different shakes. You can pretty much add them to any flavor of whey or soy protein. Let me know if you guys like this one!
