Strawberries are one of the lowest-carb fruits. A quarter cup in a shake with whole-milk Greek yogurt and almond milk stays under the usual low-carb limit. Whole-milk yogurt adds the creaminess that banana usually would.

- ¼ cup fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 drops liquid stevia
- 5 ice cubes
Method
- Add the almond milk, yogurt, and protein powder to the blender.
- Add the strawberries, vanilla, stevia, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and thick, about 45 seconds.
- Taste and add stevia as needed.
