I started this site in the summer of 2012. One of my new year’s resolutions for 2012 was to hit the gym and adopt a fitness lifestyle. With the right training regimen, I bulked up and added over 10 pounds of muscle throughout the first 7 months of the year.

A foodie by trade, I dove head first into the nutrition aspect of my new lifestyle and became obsessed with crafting tasty and healthy protein shakes.

The recipes on this site are a combination of my own and other ones that I’ve found from around the web.
