Tropical Sunrise Protein Smoothie

A bright, layered smoothie for a slow weekend breakfast, built on orange juice, mango, and pineapple.

Tips

  • Orange juice with pulp adds fiber. Use it if you like the texture.
  • Acidic juice can make dairy protein thicken slightly. Blend and drink soon after.

Swaps and variations

  • Use coconut water in place of the orange juice to lower the sugar.
  • Add a scoop of Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
