Peach Cobbler Protein Shake

Frozen peaches, oats, and cinnamon, with the warmth of peach cobbler.

Peach Cobbler Protein Shake

A cobbler is peaches, spice, and a crumbly oat topping. Here the oats go into the shake, and a graham cracker crumbled on top stands in for the biscuit. A touch of brown sugar brings out the caramelized flavor.

Ingredients

Makes 1 serving.

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (about 30 g)
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 graham cracker sheet, crushed

Method

  1. Add the milk and oats to the blender and let them stand for two minutes.
  2. Add the protein powder, peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Blend for a full minute, until smooth.
  4. Crumble the graham cracker over the top.
